The Powerball jackpot prize has grown to $1 billion, a money worth of $457.7 million, for Saturday evening’s drawing.
That is the sport’s seventh largest prize ever, in keeping with Powerball. The biggest prize ever was $2.04 billion received on Nov. 7, 2022.
The Powerball jackpot was final hit on Sept. 6 by two tickets in Missouri and Texas that break up a $1.787 billion prize. There have been 41 consecutive drawings with no wins.

The Powerball jackpot final rolled Wednesday evening, when no ticket matched the 5 white balls — 10, 16, 29, 33, 69 — and purple Powerball 22.
If a participant wins on Saturday evening, they may have the selection between annual funds price an estimated $1 billion or a direct $457.7 million lump sum fee.

Based on Powerball, the percentages of successful the jackpot are 1 in 292.2 million.
The drawing will likely be held simply earlier than 11 p.m. ET within the Florida Lottery draw studio in Tallahassee.
Powerball tickets are $2 per play.
