    LINCA Launches Five-Year Strategic Plan to Eliminate Illicit Arms in Liberia

    Monrovia, February 13, 2026: The Liberia Nationwide Fee on Arms (LINCA) has formally unveiled a complete five-year strategic plan to make Liberia safer and safer by eradicating illicit weapons held by non-state actors.

    The launch occasion, held on Thursday, February 12, 2026, on the Corina Resort in Monrovia, introduced collectively a various group of stakeholders. LINCA Chairman James Fromayan highlighted that the combat towards illicit arms requires collaborative efforts from civil society organizations, state safety businesses, group leaders, and the media.
