    Liberia: SIB Loses Labor Case to Former Risk Manager Over Unfair Dismissal, Administrative Errors, and Discrimination

    MONROVIA – The Ministry of Labour’s Listening to Courtroom has issued a default judgment in favor of Miatta Sonii Jarry, former Treasurer and Threat Supervisor of SIB, who was wrongfully dismissed in December 2024.

    The ruling follows an investigation which discovered that Mrs. Jarry was terminated based mostly on malice, prejudice, hatred, and administrative errors allegedly perpetrated by Ghanaian nationals main the financial institution.
