    Monrovia — The Governments of Liberia and the Individuals’s Republic of China have signed a 100 million RMB (about US$14.3million) deal Improvement Cooperation Settlement, reaffirming their dedication to strengthening bilateral relations and advancing Liberia’s nationwide improvement agenda.

    The settlement was signed Friday on the Ministry of International Affairs in Monrovia by H.E. Sara Beysolow Nyanti, Liberia’s Minister of International Affairs, and H.E. Yin Chengwu, Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of China to Liberia.

    The cooperation framework supplies RMB 100 million in grant help to help collectively agreed improvement tasks geared toward selling peace, stability, prosperity, and sustainable improvement in Liberia.

    Talking on the signing ceremony, Ambassador Yin described the settlement as a big milestone in China–Liberia relations, noting that it follows an analogous improvement cooperation accord signed in March 2025.
