Monrovia—The Liberia Anti-Corruption Fee (LACC) has expressed its honor in welcoming a high-level delegation from the Millennium Problem Company (MCC) led by Madam Carrie Monahan, the Managing Director for Africa to the Fee’s Headquarters in Monrovia.

In keeping with the LACC, the one-day go to is a part of MCC’s ongoing Constraints to Progress Evaluation, a vital part in evaluating Liberia’s eligibility for a possible second MCC Compact.
The delegation, the LACC said, is participating with key authorities establishments and stakeholders to realize a deeper understanding of the challenges and alternatives that form Liberia’s financial growth.
A dispatch from the LACC indicated that through the assembly, the LACC management supplied updates on ongoing anti-corruption efforts, institutional reforms and techniques designed to strengthen transparency, accountability and integrity throughout public establishments.
The Fee underscored the crucial position of anti-corruption in creating an enabling setting for sustainable financial development and inclusive growth.
The LACC expressed its appreciation for MCC’s evidence-based method to growth and reiterated its dedication to supporting Liberia’s reform agenda, financial resilience, and good governance.
“We’re proud to contribute to this very important nationwide course of and are optimistic that Liberia’s continued progress will place the nation for a profitable second Compact,” the LACC management said.
