The teams accuse ICE officers of coordinating with Division of Homeland Safety attorneys and “stationing themselves in immigration courts” to “ambush noncitizens” after their instances are dismissed.

Even those that have pending asylum purposes and different petitions for aid are being focused for expedited removing, the teams say.
