    Monrovia – The Monrovia Metropolis Courtroom has ordered the discharge of former Home Speaker J. Fonati Koffa and three different lawmakers—Abu B. Kamara (District #15, Montserrado County), Dixon Seboe (District #16, Montserrado County), and Jacob Debee (District #3, Grand Gedeh County)—from the Monrovia Central Jail, the place they spent the previous two nights in pretrial detention.
