On Friday, September 26, 2025, the Paynesville Boulevard Lion Membership made historical past by chartering, putting in, and inducting 22 dynamic younger professionals into the Paynesville Boulevard Omega LEOs Membership (PBOLC) on the Liberian Studying Heart.
