    Barclayville Metropolis, Liberia; October 3, 2025 – The Gender Coordinator of Grand Kru County, Madam Regina Walker, has forwarded about 15 males to the twelfth Judicial Circuit Courtroom in Barclayville Metropolis, for what she described as persistent neglect and failure to assist their kids.

     Talking in an unique interview by way of cell phone on Wednesday, Madam Walker famous that the rising wave of non-support circumstances is inserting heavy burdens on ladies and worsening poverty amongst kids who, she emphasised, “might be the long run leaders of the nation.”

     Turning to gender-based violence (GBV), Madam Walker revealed that some relations within the county are allegedly compromising sexual and gender-based violence (SGBV) circumstances, particularly rape, warning that such practices should cease.

     “Since my appointment by President Joseph N. Boakai, my workplace has not acquired a single rape case reported both on the group degree or via the police. That is alarming, and it means that circumstances are being compromised,” she famous.
